What Causes Blood In Mucus In Child While Recovering From Flu?

my 1 yr old had blood evident in the mucous for 4 days and doctors said it was ok due to her recovering from the flu and only said to take panadol and anitibiotics that was 1 month ago and last night she actually had a nose bleed and the doctor said it s nothing to worry about but i am worried because my 2 son s never ever had any of these symptoms so if you have anything i can read up on or do please help a worried mom. xx

Hi.... this 1 episode of nosebleeds might not be related to the upper respiratory problem which he had one month back. At the same time I suggest you keep applying pressure or ice pack over the bleeding nose. If this doesn't arrest the bleeding, I suggest you approach the nearest Emergency Room.
