Hi, for a couple of months I have found that every now and then when I wake up I am tasting blood and when I spit I am spitting blood. In the last week this has been happening every morning and has now started to happen a few times throughout the day. My spit will start out with a trace of blood, fairly quickly become quite highly concentrated (in colour at least) then taper off and get back to normal over the space of 1-2 minutes. Also, between these "episodes" I am finding that I produce a lot of saliva and almost constantly have a taste of blood at the back of my mouth. Also, my teeth and gums feel fine, so I don't thin it's a dental issue.
