Hello,

HCG diet not approved by FDA. As such it may cause many side effects like:
Breast enlargement in men.
Risk of cancer development.
Edema.
Blood clot formation, leading to blocked blood vessels.
Fatigue.
Irritability.
Depression.

Bleeding per rectum may be due to hemorrhods or fissures or vasculitis.

So you have to be examined by a surgeon. So please consult your surgeon he will do proctoscopy the treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
