What Causes Blood During Urination And Forceful Ejaculation?

I pee blood when urenating about 30 minute ago at the office. I could recall that i had a forceful ejaculation when i was having sex with my girlfriend 2day ago. can u please help with the right medicine . Am 29 yrs old male single
