General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Blood clots indicates excessive bleeding. As a first line management you can take drugs like tranexemic acid to control bleeding. If symptoms persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
