What Causes Blood Bumps With Headache & Nausea?
I was blind sided yesterday by a two year old child at work. He hit the area right above my right temple and today I have a bruise at my hair line and a red (my daughter calls it a blood bump) on my skull that is very tender to touch. I have had a slight headache since the collision and nausea but no vomiting. Is there anything I should be worried about?

Your condition seems not a serious one. In my opinion, put some ice on the bump. You can also use paracetamol or ibuprofen for the headaches.
