What Causes Blood Blister On The Neck?

My daughter knocked a mole on her neck and it bled.... but it has now turned into a blood blister the size of a small pea..... am worried. Any ideas please as it is getting bigger every day. I just thought it would burst and heal again. It doesn t itch, the skin around it is not inflamed and it is not sore.... it just looks horrible now. I know I must take her to see our Doctor, but your thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

Blood blister usually starts to reslove in 48 hours so tell your remove any pressure stimulus and stop rubbing it. If it doesnt resolve then consult your nearest GP so that he may access it and decide whether to drain it or not.
