Hello,

Blood and mucus may be due to bacillary or amoebic dysentery or infection or irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done stool examination and microscopy.

Use tablet sporulac. Tablet ofloxacin and ornidazole. If symptoms not improved or if you developed an allergy to the above drug then consult your physician immediately he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
