What Causes Blood And Dark Clots In Vomiting?

i have a 16 yr old daughter. this is her second time she has started throwing up bright red blood with dark clots. first time about two months ago, took her to our E R here in W F Tex. They put a scope down her nose, said it was not enough blood to put her in and would prob stop on its own. Stress most likly brought it on. and sent her home. She did it again today. I don't know if to take her back in to get more of the same. She stoped during the day and did more this evening. We do have breast and lung cancer and other types of cancer in our family. Stage 4. Grand mother & Aunt. Should I be worried more than I am? Thanks for any advise. Nikkie and [d} Cayleene
