What Causes Blood And Clots In Urine After Gall Bladder Removal?

My Wife just had her Gall Bladder removed and at the Hospital she urinated blood just a small amount. When she got home she started to pas clots and then a steady stream of urine and blood mixture. What could have caused this? Her menstral cycle was 2 weeks ago...

I dont think this is related to recent surgery so it is mor elikely to be new disordr and usually this is about kidney stones or urinary infections. So urine anlaysis an ultrasound should be done for better evaluation.
