General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I recommend you to use acetaminophen to treat the inflammation and the strained abdominal muscle.

I also recommend you to drink liquids.

Take steamy Showers, and use a humidifier at home to relieve a cough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
