What Causes Blocked Nose And Ears Along With Fatigue?

Hi, I am 23 y/o male, 182cm and 84kg. For the last 8 months I have had: - Blocked Nose - Blocked Ears - Fatigue - Occasional Aching Pains In Lower Back (Feels internal, not muscular) I saw a doctor about it a few months ago, he said it was probably allergies yet didn t offer any testing, instead only gave me Flixonase which made things worse. Recently I have also been having gastrointestinal problems and occasionally did sometimes over the last 8 months also. I think they may relate to the aching pains. I have had quite a lot of gas and a range of stool problems. About 6 months ago had diarrhea for weeks and recently have been having small stools with large cracks in them, some looked like they may have had mucus in them also. Today there was a thin red strand on the outside of my stool, I don t think it was blood though, looked like a mucus-y consistency I recently gained about 3kg in a month which seemed weird to me because I had been weight training and eating heavily all year trying to gain weight with very slow progress. I did not gain much body fat in that month either (probably lost some actually) so the sudden weight gain could be an internal problem. I volunteer at a local dog shelter so I think its possible my symptoms could be indicative of some kind of parasites but I really have no idea...

Your ear and nose problems are not related with your back pain and gastrointestinal problem. In allergy cases main complaints are sneezing, itching and running of nose. Did your nose block problem improves when you go for your exercise? Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and manage your stress. If problem persists you should consult ENT Doctor and physician. Well intestine problems may be due to parasite infestation and for than get your stool checked.
