I can understand your concern.
Since your symptoms are associated with swallowing, we should first rule out obstructive pathology in esophagus.
So consult gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
If it is normal then no need to worry much.
Sometimes GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) can also cause similar symptoms.
So avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Take proton pump inhibitors.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
