Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blocked ears with occasional popping sensation which is due to blockage of sinuses which are causing fullness in middle and inner ear. It could be due to blocked your eustachian tube which is causing negative pressure in ear and causing blockage in ear and if this remains untreated it leads to accumulation of fluid in middle ear and will cause popping. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined completely and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may prescribe antibiotic course to subside infection. Keep sipping warm water. You should take steam inhalation.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
