Hi,
Pregnancy has nothing to do with blocked ear.
As there is h/o ear wax in the past there are all chances of having impacted ear wax.
You can put otorex or Waxolve or De-wax ear drops to loose wax and then after few days get wax removed with cotton buds.
Ok and take care.
