Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had a hysterectomy last January so to rule out those parts. So no uterus, no ovaries no cervix etc. For 4 days now I feel bloated in my stomach. It is tight like a drum. I am not constipated, I had nothing but two tacos today and not running a fever. What the heck could this be?
- Use medication that contains Simethicone - Avoid chewing gum - Limit your intake of carbonated drinks - Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils - Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw - Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant)
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
