What Causes Bloating When Diagnosed With Diverticulitis?
my father is 82 and suffers with diviculitis, he is hasn t been to the loo for a couple of days, snd feels bloated and says its a bit pain full, i have got laxilod from the dr.s to day but does semm to work, have youany idea what i can do. he alo suffers from endstage copd.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is diverticulitis then this is surgical condition and need to be managed accordingly, right now if he is having pain then this can be treated with Tab Dicyclomine three times in day, in such case Laxative or purgative should be avoided, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
