Hi, I am a 43 year old female. I feel bloated all the time, increasing heartburn and have had stomach pains te past few days (that may be a gastro type bug as there seems to be a lot going around at the moment) also tired +++ for the past few weeks. Thanks
Hi thanks for asking question. According to history it seems to be acid reflux. But you do stool routine microscopic examination and occult blood in stool for parasite detection. Here is some suggestion to you. Avoid smoke.don't over eat during lunch or dinner. Don't wear tight cloth. Head is raised during sleep. If overweight reduce weight. Start omeprazole for few days. If parasite present in stool treat with albendazole. You also do your CBC for HB to rule out anemia because tiredness can be because of anemia. Thanks.
