What Causes Bloating Of Stomach After Eating?
Hi I almost always seem to be bloated and windy, with pain, particularly after eating. I have had these symptoms for about a year now and they are getting worse. I have done some research and IBS may possibly be a culprit. What changes do you think I need to make to my diet to make my life more comfortable?

The causes of bloating are:
1. Indigestion
2. Overeating
3. Prolonged sitting
4. Fatty diet
For that, you can take tablet Diapepsin P, drink lot of fluids, do regular exercises, and also do ultrasound abdomen.
