What Causes Bloating Of Abdomen With Increase In Weight?

I am a 32 year old mother of 3, for the past few months my stomach has been bloating alot. the pressure is getting to be to much to handle. I have gained 10 pounds in the past few weeks as well. I have been trying to eat better and stay active but nothing is helping

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of 32 years and having 3 children, stomach is bloating for the past few months and there is weight gain of 10 pounds in the past few weeks.
I would advise you the following:
Thyroid function tests, kidney, liver function tests along with routine blood tests.
Tests of stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Once the diagnosis is established, we can plan the further treatment as per the clinical evaluation done by a Physician and the reports.
