Hello,

As per your complain you have a problem of abdominal bloating that may be because of indigestion problem or infected food consumption. Simethicone drug can be used for gas relief. Drink more water per day. Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage cauliflower, fatty foods, etc. Use ginger and garlic in food for proper digestion. Ginger tea also relives a gas. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
