What Causes Bloating In Bladder Area With Discomfort In Groin Area?

Started peeing quite a lot, with some discomfort.Have letft side groin discomfort feeling bloated. original dip test small amount protein found. Samples of urine blood sent for testing all came back negative. Follow up dip test showed reduced protein with trace of blood. Xray of abdomen and kidneys shows everything OK. Next appointment dip test showed no blood or protein. Still very uncomfortable in groin area specially left side and back, into top of left leg and left testicle. Feeling bloated around bladder area . any ideas??
