What Causes Bloating, Dull Pain In Abdomen And Headache?

Bloating, morning dull pain in abdomen, with headache. Yes headache and confusion associated with these symptoms is unusual. I have changed bowel movements, eating small portions see any changes. My hunger level is fine. But a general feeling of pressure up to throat from chest and headache makes me crazy. Is it something can be diagnosed with endoscopy ? what about lever, spleen, pancrease, gallbladder.. etc.. Could you please point some specific could be there.

Hi,

First of all, let me clarify you that there are several causes for bloating and pain abdomen; gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, hiatus hernia, gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), etc. All of these conditions may be associated with one or more of the non-specific symptoms like headache, generalised malaise, etc.

As you have mentioned you get a feeling og pressure upto throat from chest and sometimes headache, I suspect you may have GERD. So, I think you should visit your General Practitioner and run some tests to find out the real etiology. And if necessary, he/she may suggest you an endoscopy.
