What Causes Bloating And Cramps In Lower Abdomen?

I am so bloated and have cramping in the lower abdomen. It has been 3 days now. I am afraid to eat anything. I have tried oatmeal but then I read that fiber contributes to bloating. Then I tried eating a puree of zucchini, celery, and a small bit of red pepper. I read so many conflicting things.

Looking at your question it could be due to gastritis or acid peptic disease
aerophagia ( swallowing of air)
Indigestion or mal absorption

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age and complete.medical history
are you having acid reflux or regurgitation
your food habits

in my opinion you should take omeprazole group of drugs with antacids
have curd in lunch and a glass of milk before bed
avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
say no to smoking and alcohol
