What Causes Blisters On The Feet?

GRANDMOTHER WAS BITEN BY OUR MINIATURE COLLIE , HOWEVER THIS HAD ALREADY HAPPENED ONCE BEFORE AND RATHER THAN TELL US , SHE KEPT IT HID FROM US BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED WE WOULD PUT THE DOG TO SLEEP. NOW HER FOOT IS RED WITH FEVER AND EVEN HAD A BLISTER WHAT SHOULD WE DO? LAST TIME SHE WAS TAKEN TO ER AND GIVEN A ROUND OF ANTIBIOTICS. BUT THIS BIT ISNT HEALING LIKE THE LAST ONE

as per your history, your grandma has got infection due to dog bite. cellulitis needs to be ruled out here.
if I were your treating doctor, I would have treated you with a course of antibiotics preferably of penicillin group, pain killers like tab ibuprofen,
and topical antibiotics like fusiderm or mupirocin cream twice daily.
here, I would suggest you to consult a doctor nearby for treatment. also don't forget to give antirabies vaccine to your grandma.
