General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Blisters in the buttocks can be caused by physical factors that irritate the skin, such as rubbing the skin, irritating chemicals or extreme cold or heat.

So, I recommend using Calamine lotion for local application. I recommend avoiding squeezing or rubbing the area. I also suggest to avoid tight clothes that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
