What Causes Blisters In The Mouth While On Claritin?

hi since I started the fake of Claridin, I started with a sore throat, then blisters in my mouth, which I still have. Is it possible it is from the claritin? I do have liver disease, auto immune hepatitus. What are your thought on this. Please the blisters dont seem to want to go away

Thanks for the query..

Well, Claritin that is an antihistamine can be a cause for causing mouth sores as a side effect but it can also be due to some other conditions that needs to be ruled out like Vitamin B 12 deficiency, stress, side effects of any other medications that you take, dry mouth etc..
So my suggestion is to once discuss with your Physician so that he can check you for the exact cause and treat accordingly..
As of now apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the sores..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl..
Do warm saline gargles..
