What Causes Blister Surrounded By Red Circle On Foot?

My husband has a blister the size of z quarter on the top of his foot approx 5-6 days ago. we suspect a insect /spider bite. There is a red ring around the blister rim Its not warm to the touch, not painful. If pressing slightly on the top of the blister it had a dense feeling. He feels fine.. no fever , the area do not itch. Today the blister is looking more like if a blood blister, no longer clear looking.

Just get the blister checked by a surgeon. if he is fine for 5-6 days then the bite is not poisonous. You are still not sure of the bite.
So just get the blister checked. Might require antibiotics - if diabetic/ drainage.
