What Causes Bleeding Red Spots On The Arms?
Approximately 3 weeks ago I noticed what was a small red spot on my lower arm. Here it is 3 weeks later,and they are now on both arms, and have more of them. One of them for no reason started bleeding. What s your input Dr.? I m 58,female,slight case of COPD
