Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern for the little one. It is not advisable to use anything else except what is recommend by the treating doctor including Apple cider vinegar.
The whiteness and oozing cold be the irritant reaction by the Apple cider vinegar. Wash the area properly with a mild shampoo. Do meet the treating doctor to check any infection in the affected area. All the best
