What Causes Bleeding In The Anus During The Bowels?

its just that i need to ask, I have anal problem, it bleeds, not too much but its sometimes spot bleeding, or today it was a spoonfull bleeding.
i just went throught internet and read weird things about anal cancer. OMG.. Can any one please help me here whats this ???

Most likely you are talking about hemorrhoids.Digiyal and proctoscopic examination of patient should be done in physical to rule out the possibility.
When you pass large or hard stools your rectal muscles strains more then usual to contract the bowel.This causes the already dilated veins inside your hemorrhoids to swell up burst and bleed.
SeconColonoscope should be done.

Suggestion.
Take a stool softner laxative like lactulose 10ml once daily before going to bed with half a cup of water.This will prevent any further bleeds and will help in healing of ruptured veins.

Metamucil fibres should be taken daily before going to bed.It contain husk Isabgullu which add bulk to your stool and eases defecation.

Drink luke warm water every morning before going to toilet.Water keep stools moist and help it to pass smoothly.

Try to alter your food habits to make stools soft bulky and easy to pass.
