Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding during or after sex is called dyspareunia and it can occur in various conditions like cervicitis, ectropion of cervix, cervical cancer, endometrial infection, endometrial growth, etc.
In order to diagnose the condition, clinical assessment of the reproductive tract is required.
Thus, i suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and Pap test to look for malignancy of the cervix.
Further management will depend on the result of the investigations.

Thanks and take care
