What Causes Bleeding In Penis With Painful Urination?

Hi, I was recently masturbating excessively and I stopped for a couple of days, now I start seeing blood traces after I pee and don t have any pain or pee excessively I only have seen blood for the first time after I have peed today should I be worried? And also would a doctor be able to see if I have been masturbating frim a urine test I am still a teenager and I do not want my parents knowing that I was masturbating recently

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Passage of blood from penis can be due to trauma to the urethra.
Masturbation can lead to injury to the urethra and thus cause bleeding.
You can get a routine urine test to look for red blood cells.
If bleeding is due to masturbation, the bleeding will stop within few days.
Stopping masturbation and giving rest will allow the injury to heal in case there is any injury.
If bleeding still continues despite stopping masturbation, you will need to consult an urologist for examination of the urinary tract.
