I've had this hissing noise in my ears for quite a few years now. I usually take anacin for any kind of pain or discomfort. For the past few days I've taken ibuprofen for this pain in my left upper arm and my right finger, my joint was very swelled up in the finger, it has gone down. The pain in my arm was going away but has come back. I take quite a few vitamins daily and usually take them all at once except the ones that I take twice a day. I don't know if vitamins can have an adverse effect, please let me know if they can cause reactions. I live on a Indian reservation and the health care here is very poor it has to be life or limb before a person can be flown out to Rapid City or Sioux Falls SD to receive adequate care, a lot of the time people just die. I have this problem with my nose, it never heals and it constantly bleeds when I clean it. When I cough at times there's a bad odor in my throat, I don't know if there is something wrong with my tonsils. I would appreciate any help or advise from you. Thank you
