What Causes Bleeding In Nipples Having Diagnosed With Autism?

My son is on busiprone and abilify. He has autism. This year so far everytime he goes in the pool outside his nipples start to separate as if someone sliced them and they start bleeding very badly. Took blood work and everything came back ok. What type of doctor does he need to see? and what do you think is the problem? Have not changed chlorine brand. He takes swimming at school and extended school year and they do not bother him, but it is an indoor pool. Please help.

This may be unrelated to autism. .check whether or son has same type of rash in groin area too. In that case it is due to fungal infection which needs topical antifungal cream. Keep the area dry. Ask him not to handle the area frequently.
