What Causes Bleeding From Urethra During Urinating?

I am having pain in my abdomen are: it cramps up, rumbles, and it has a sharp pain • in my back: very sharp pains, a few inches under my shoulder blades and in my lower back it feels like it s cramping and it s very dull, but I do get sharp pains sometimes • in my bladder area: I have dull aching cramps and sharp pains sometimes • in my urethra: it stings very badly when I pee and now there is blood coming out of it, also my urine is darker than usual and it smells very bad I know that I have a yeast infection and maybe a UTI, but I don t know why I am bleeding from my urethra. It s not coming from any other place but my urethra. What should I do? What is wrong with me?

Thanks for query.
Based on your symptoms I would state that you have UTI with likley presence of stone in the kidney or ureter .

The bleeding and pain in urethra is most likely to be due to impacted stone in urethra .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Plain X-Ray of the pelvis including penis .

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
