What Causes Bleeding From The Mouth And Severe Abdominal Pain?

Can bleeding ulcers cause you to spit bright red b!old up from your stomach. I have been doing this for about a little bit over a week. The blood fills up in my mouth. It stops after about a couple minutes. I have been having pain in my stomach and back. Please let me know what you think it may be.

most common reason is petic or duodenal ulcer,causing this much pain and fresh blood..also cirrohtic liver also do the same,so exclude any abdominal mass history,do PT/APTT,INR,and platelet count..and take vitamin k injections 3mg 2times per day..and triple therapy (flagyl,amoxcil,omeraprozole) for ulcer..
