Understanding your concern. As per your query symptoms of bleeding from gums and sore mouth seems to be due to inflammation of gums, lack of vitamin C, dry mouth and due to improper oral hygiene.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Chew on vitamin C pellets to stimulate gum health.
- Do ultrasonic toothbrushing and go for mild scaling as well.
- Use antimicrobial mouthwash and take Ibuprofen if pain in gums occurs.
If condition keeps on persisting visit oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly. Go for scaling, root planing.
