What Causes Bleeding From Nose And Headache After Choking On Food?

Hi, I choked on a small piece of food, battling to breathe while trying to cough up the obstruction. Suddenly my nose started bleeding and I got a bad headache. Panado s did not help for the pain, I now took a Tramaset pill. Can you get a brain anurysm from choking?

Hi,

Aneurysm are never caused by choking. Yes violent effort of coughing because of choking can cause bleeding from a pre existing aneurysm. Your cause of nasal bleed can be a simple cause of nasal capillary oozing because of violent pressure as nose is richly supplied by blood.
