What Causes Bleeding From Ears After An Ear Infection?

I have had an ear infection for over a month now. I have seen a doctor 4 times and been on 2 different antibiotics, an antibiotic ear drop and had a steriod shot plus an antibiotic shot. Today it felt like my ear popped and now it is draining blood. I was told to put perioxide in it.
