Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You say that you went to poo today at 12: noon, and it was hard to pass. When you did, you wiped and saw blood.

As you had it hard to pass a bowel movement, hard stool have lacerated the anal mucosa associated with light bleeding (you wiped and saw light blood).

Until the mucosa is totally repaired, you might notice small amount of blood especially after wiping.
I advise to use Prep-H in your rectum each time you have a bowel movement (bm) that will help regenerate the lacerated mucosa.

Try to avoid constipation, increase fluids intake and take more fiber rich foods or supplements.

As you feel to have to poo but can't, then, I advise to take a laxative orally to help passing a bm. If still you can't, then, can use anal enema to help you empty your bowel totally.

Hope this helps.
