General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to piles, polyp, inflammatory bowel disease, microscopic colitis, gastroenteritis.
I would suggest to consult gastroenterologist and undergo complete evaluation, routine blood tests like CBC, ESR, LFT, KFT, CRP, stool routine and microscopy test, fecal calprotectine test, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy with tissue biopsy if needed.

Specific treatment depend in cause.
Meanwhile avoid stress, eat light diet, drink plenty of lukewarm water.
Once cause has been identified, it is easily treatable.
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
