What Causes Bleeding During Bowel Movement?

Yes please. I have a 7yo who has passed fresh blood with his bowel movement. There is no pain involved at all. He has mild symptoms of a cold. He is still bleeding recall but not a hard flow. It is a little more than spotting. His bowl movement was a little hard but not drastic. He said it was kinda medium.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Hard stools can hurt the delicate anorectal mucus membrane to cause such bleeding/ a prolonged constipation can cause internal piles, bleeding after friction while passing motion,
Please take him to a surgeon for intrarectal examination & find the cause to be followed by specific treatment. At home front he needs nourishing diet with proteins, lot of vegetables, salad, fruit with skins(wherever possible ) & lot of warm water through out day( about 5-6 glasses ) Avoid fast food, fried & spicy food.
Child must be promoted to have regular bowel habits.
Thanks .
