Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,
I am Dr.Ahmad Bilal, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.
Usually what's happening with you, happens in case of piles and
anal fissure,
But anal fissure has two important features:
1) It usually doesn't stay there as long as 13 years.
2) It causes much pain in bowel movements.
The other possibility is piles ,
This you have to get checked,
You will have to get a checkup with a
general surgeon and he will decide what stage piles are there and what can be done for that.
I will suggest you not to get scared or panic this thing will get better with diet modification and meds most probably.
Till you don't get appointment with a surgeon,
Just try to control your
constipation,
Eat much fibre , whole wheat products,
Drink much water , and stay physically active.
Reduce your weight and don't stay sitting for long hours.
This thing will definitely help you.
And when you get appointment with a surgeon discuss all possible options and follow regular medical and life style modifications.
....
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask,I will be pleased to alleviate your concerns.Wish you the best of health.
Regards,
Dr.Ahmad Bilal.
