Hello,
Unlikely to be due to nadolol. It's probably a piles if it's a fresh bleed coming along with stools and painless. Is there any tissue coming out of anus?
You need visit once a surgeon for examination, which can confirm the piles. You should avoid constipation if you are having. Use laxative like syr Lactulose 15 ml bedtime. Avoid straining at stools. Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts or some more information to share.
