What Causes Bleeding During A Bowel Movement?

I have bleeding when i have a bowel movement. I see bright red blood on the tissue and sometimes in the toilet bowl. Ive wiped behind and I see blood but from the front I see none. My throat also tightens up sometimes making it hard for me to get a deep breathe of air. It feels as if my lungs arent getting enough air and so I take a few tries to take in a big gulp of air to fill my lungs but i don't really succeed with it. Can you help?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Detailed evaluation is needed to find out what exactly causing the problem. Most often it could be a bleeding hemorrhoids(piles). We have to rule out certain other diseases which can also cause bleeding per rectum.
As of now take you can take laxatives and have fiber rich diet. Consult a gastroenterologist and get a colonoscopy done.
The lung problems are unreality this and may be due to other causes.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
