What Causes Bleeding During A Bowel Movement While Suffering From Pancreatitis?

I have been treated for acute pancreatitis. (No I don't drink). I have a hiatal hernia as well. I have been bleeding during bowel movements. Bright red blood in the toilet. I am concerned. DO I need to go to an ER or am I ok to wait to go to a Dr apt in 2 days

If this is the Gastrointestinal pathologies with the symptom of bleeding per rectum or blood stain stool then it has to be taken seriously, ideally it is the time to see the ER, if the bleeding is severe and confirmed blood is there, else in doubtful case you can wait for some time, make sure for exact condition. I could guess it might not be the bleeding while defecation but diet might be the reason.
