General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The molds could be causing it and I would highly recommend getting it addressed as it can lead to long term health issues. As for your mesntrual cycle, many factors like medications, illnesses, infections, stress, etc; can all contritbute towards an irregular menstrual cycle which is most probably what you are experiencing. Work towards treatment of the flu, and everything else should be balanced accordingly.

Best wishes.
