What Causes Bleeding And Discomfort In Anus Post Hemmorhhoidectomy?

I had a hemmroidectomy in November. Now I am having some bleeding and discomfort. I ve been very regular since the surgery, with only minor constipation. I do not strain. I also had a colonoscopy in December that showed no growths and was told I was healing well.

there are so many reasons for bleeding like haemorrhoids , any growth in the colon, ulcers in the colon , inflammatory bowel disease(IBD), anal fissures . you have already underwent haemorrhoidectomy , colonoscopy done recently also Normal so ruleout IBD. you have constipation and that is a most common cause for fissures , so I can suggest you to take stool softeners like laxopeg and consult general surgeon to check for fissures.
