What Causes Bleeding And Burning Sensation In The Penis?

What can cause blood stains in underwear along with initial hematuria in a male. Only other symptom is a little burning. Culture was negative for infection and urine clears after few seconds. Happened twice. First time for about 12 hours and the 6 weeks later for about 3-4 hours. Are there benign causes. 43 yrs old.

Please check for prostate hypertrophy. Contact with a good physician for diagnosis of BPH and for burning sensation drink lots of water.
